Score conversion and posting
Your ALEKS placement assessment score is converted to a UCSC Math Placement tier (MP tier) and posted to your myUCSC portal on specific posting dates.

Your best MP tier determines your math course enrollment options, but can’t be used to satisfy course prerequisites until it’s been posted to your portal.
In May and September, placement tier posting dates are coordinated with enrollment opportunities. June—August, placement tiers are updated weekly; see Placement Posting Dates for specifics. You can Add the Important Dates to Your Calendar.
